Balkan Bridge is an organisation aiming to bring the societies of Balkans together and to achieve cooperation and growth. The organisation’s mission is to cover the gaps of the Balkan area in terms of professional training, networking and research activities with the goal to transform Balkans to a sustainable ecosystem with a highly skilled human capital and businesses able to adapt to the needs of the society and the global trends. In order to achieve its goals, Balkan Bridge is providing consultancy services, training for the improvement of professional skills to individuals and corporate training for businesses in order to achieve teams’ growth and empowerment.
Roma Youth Centre Association
North Macedonia
Roma Youth Center supports the self representation and empowerment of the biggest and youngest European Minority – the Roma and any vulnerable groups in general, who have been systematically and too long excluded from political and economic development. The scope of our work is determined by the needs of the target group from provision of services and information, to research and support for policy-making and networking. Roma Youth Center covers the thematic fields of:
- Education, including the design and delivery of Training Curricula, using state of the art methodologies and smart ICT and other tools like e-learning through MOOC platforms, gamification, experiential education
- Employment, either as facilitators through the support of start-ups and entrepreneurship, or through the effective upskilling and reskilling of employees and unemployed Roma, according to тhe actual market needs.
- Equality, Inclusion and Participation; This includes raising Roma vulnerable voices; create opportunities for Roma communities’ empowerment at the local level to enable community ownership and action aimed explicitly at bringing about social and political change; tackling public and institutional AntiGypsysm and other form of discrimination based on any ground (gender based, sexual identity).

Austrian Association of Inclusive Society (AIS) is a non-governmental organization based in Vienna, Austria, dedicated to interdisciplinary research that promotes innovation and collaboration in the fields of human rights, social inclusion and development. Main focus areas are:

Inclusive Society currently works in delivering a wide variety of projects and advocates strategic influence in a range of sectors that touch on our focus thematic areas.
AIS’s activities include research and analysis, evaluations, publications and advocacy, as well as convene and facilitate the exchange of ideas and open discussions that stimulate new thinking on current issues in Europe, while keeping a global perspective.
AIS holds conferences, workshops, trainings and other events that focus on social development , behavioural change and foster inclusion of youth and marginalised groups
Symplexis
Greece
Symplexis is a non-for-profit organisation, aiming at elevating social cohesion, serving the modern needs of populations at risk of social exclusion and promoting human rights. All activities designed and implemented by the organisation are user- centered, having a set of values as cornerstone, like impact sustainability, respect to uniqueness and tailor-made approach, user-driven design and implementation, results-based orientation and superior community ideals. The organisation currently employs 15 people and has more than 10 active volunteers, maintaining also a wide network of collaborating organisations not only in Greece but almost in all EU countries.
AKMI VET Institution

Universal Education was established in 2000 under the name AKMI KEK S.A., and was certified as a Level 2 National Centre for Vocational Training (K.D.V.M.2) by the National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP). It has more than 25 years of experience in the field of Vocational Education and Training and Lifelong Learning, focusing on pioneering learning methodologies/activities and having presence in Athens and Thessaloniki. So far, more than 20.000 individuals have been enrolled and benefitted from classes in various fields. Universal Education is among the first choices of private VET education as it offers both long-term and short-term courses in a variety of fields and provides a “hands-on” orientation by operating fully equipped laboratories designed according to the standards and simulating the real conditions of everyday professional life or supporting the courses with WBL assignments. In addition, the collaboration with labour market experts, chambers, trade unions and associations give a concrete insight into the world of work, contributing to a more conscious choice of profession and preparing the future associates who are able to respond effectively to the market’s needs.

Institute for Roma and Minorities Inclusion strives for a society where the target groups enjoy equal access to opportunities regardless of their ethnicity, have a voice in their community and society, whose needs are tackled by the institutions that have a direct impact in their daily lives.
Our vision is based on universal standards and practices of the civil society. The mission is to empower vulnerable groups for the challenges they face supporting them with various formal and non formal activities that enable them to become active citizens influencing policies that are on their interest.
We operate through the follow objectives:
- Vulnerable groups have increased education and training performance
- Vulnerable groups are active citizens shaping policies that concern their interests, contributing for well being of the community and society
- Decreased level of unemployed Vulnerable groups
- Vulnerable groups are providing/organizing volunteer service at local community and in the European countries

Being founded in 1994, we have over 30 years of expertise in transnational projects having participated in the design and implementation of a total project value that exceeds the budget of 4 billion Euros.
We operate in a multicultural environment, speaking more than 6 languages, offering expertise in various fields including Education, Employment Policies and Social Inclusion. Our broad network of partnering organizations and experts exceeds Germany and covers the EU while we are also present overseas (i.e. Asia). We provide a wide bouquet of services, facilitating capacity building and quality assurance. Our intention is to use our experience to provide added value for organizations and partners at local, regional, national and transnational level, creating added value for our societies, in a sustainable manner.
