Under Work Package 3 (WP3), partners developed the “Supporting / Empowerment Services Guidebook for Roma Learners,” a practical resource designed for educators, vocational trainers, social workers, Roma mediators, NGOs, and policymakers.
The guidebook introduces a broad range of support and empowerment strategies aimed at strengthening Roma learners’ participation and success in VET pathways, including:
- Mentoring and counselling services
- Language support initiatives
- Career guidance and employability skills
- Psychosocial support mechanisms
- Digital literacy development
- Leadership and social inclusion activities
